Our A5 Japanese Wagyu beef is carefully raised by farmers and given balanced feed,
resulting in flavorful meat with a smooth texture. We select the highest quality Japanese beef,
which represents only 4% of the top-ranked A5 grade, and offer it through individual cattle purchases.
In our efforts to have as many people from around the world eat delicious Japanese Wagyu,
our restaurant has been awarded the halal certification.

At Panga, we have prepared various menu items that incorporate traditional flavors.
We hope you enjoy delicious dishes made from scratch.
Our restaurant incorporates abundant natural earthy tones to allow for a relaxing space. We have two stories of seating to accommodate any party of guests.
We want our guests to be able to enjoy
various cuts of the finest Wagyu beef,
so we’ve made sure to reflect this in our menu.
You can taste several cuts that are each unique and
varying from professional craftsmen.
Six types of meat are available to try,
including our A5 Wagyu beef sirloin steak.
*You can also have Panga delivered to your home
from our online shop.
An excellent dish containing a broth made from
Wagyu beef bones, various vegetables, along with our homemade sauce and beef.
Our signature soup beloved by many for over 20 years.
※ The tables and chairs are carefully cleaned with electrolyzed water every day, so you can use it safely.
As it uses a smokeless roaster, the air inside is kept clean.
