Our A5 Japanese Wagyu beef is carefully raised by farmers and given balanced feed,
resulting in flavorful meat with a smooth texture. We select the highest quality Japanese beef,
which represents only 4% of the top-ranked A5 grade, and offer it through individual cattle purchases.
In our efforts to have as many people from around the world eat delicious Japanese Wagyu,
our restaurant has been awarded the halal certification.
